FWA-NJ: Making Space for YOU in Your Life
You have created a successful life and have everything at your fingertips. But... you find yourself stressed and anxious while your crazy schedule doesn’t seem have a break. Find out how you can do less, yet feel more accomplished and satisfied with your life. Participants will learn:
- The myth about “work hard, play hard”… why it’s great for survival, but doesn’t work if you want to thrive.
- A different relationship with your to-do list focusing on what you love to do, instead of what you have to do.
- The secret to stopping the vicious cycle of getting overwhelmed by your schedule, and turning on your Vacation Mode with 3 simple steps.
The setting for this interactive session is a lovely tea room.
A delightful and delicious menu of four selections will be offered. Selections must be made at the time of registration and no later than April 13.
Professional Certified Coach
Mandy had a successful career as a finance professional, but her work-life balance was completely out of whack. Her time and energy were mostly spent on her job, but she always felt that her work didn’t matter to the world.
What she wanted was to focus on meaningful work that makes her excited to get out of bed every morning, but she didn’t have the time or energy to do that. In the process of finding balance and creating her own version of meaningful work in life, it became her mission to help others do the same.
She helps frustrated professionals learn that success and meaning can happen at the same time. Success is living a life that deeply satisfies you in a unique way and makes you excited to get up in the morning. Through online courses, workshops, private coaching, and group coaching, she will empower you to focus on your meaningful work without losing your sense of balance.
Mandy obtained her bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and master's degree from Columbia University. Prior to becoming an accredited certified coach, she had 10 years of experience in the risk management area of finance working in consulting and banks.
