Distinguishing the Qualities of Women Leaders – BONUS: Free Caliper Profile
Women are steadily increasing their presence at the supervisory and middle management levels. Yet only a small percentage occupy positions at the highest levels of organizational leadership. Among the causal factors of this discrepancy is the difference in the types of challenges men and women face as they ascend leadership ranks.
During this PNC-sponsored event, Caliper Director of Psychometrics Amie Mansfield and Organizational Development Consultant Karen Triola will share the findings of a comprehensive study of women at the highest echelons of business. You’ll learn:
- the qualities of successful women leaders
- leadership style, natural tendencies and areas of opportunity
- the most common challenges and barriers facing women as they ascend the leadership ranks
- the techniques successful women have used to overcome some of those challenges
- next steps for developing leadership skills in critical areas
